Is Pod protein actually vegan?
The plant range is Canadian yellow pea and brown rice protein isolate — fully plant based. The yeast range is fermented and contains milk solids, so it is vegetarian rather than vegan. Neither contains whey or egg.
Plant protein or yeast protein?
Plant is the pea-and-rice blend: 26g protein, 4.7g BCAA, familiar texture, fully dairy free. Yeast is fermented with milk solids, scores PDCAAS 1.0 and drinks creamier than whey.
How do I see the test results?
Every batch is lab tested before it ships. Scan the QR code on the back of your pack and the results for that batch open on your phone.
Will it make me bloat?
No lactose in the plant range, no gluten, no artificial sweeteners and no thickening gums. Sweetened with monk fruit and stevia.
Which size should I buy?
Pouches come in 500g, 1kg and 2kg — the bigger the pack, the lower the cost per serving. Most people trial with an assorted sachet pack first.
