WHY WE EXIST
Hi, we are Akhil and Ayush Gupta, founders of Pod Nutrition.
We have been business partners for the last 8 years and spent most of that time researching, formulating and launching products that are better for you.
In the last four years, we saw multiple friends and family suffer at an early age from chronic illnesses like diabetes, obesity, cancer and heart conditions.
These stories shocked us and inspired us to take our health even more seriously.
We looked at the health and wellness industry for answers but all we saw were products that were laced with adulteration, anti-trust and false claims.
This is when we decided to start a brand that is transparent, clean and affordable; products that truly have the power to bring change to people's lives.
NO FALSE CLAIMS
Our plant protein powders are made using the highest quality pea and brown rice protein isolate, sourced from the most credible manufacturers in North America and Europe. These are mixed in a ratio using our proprietary blend to ensure you get all essential amino acids and what you consume is a complete protein source.
INGREDIENTS
If it does not grow on trees, it’s not inside Pod!
This means, we have a long list of ingredients that we stay away from; some you shouldn’t consume, some that shouldn’t be sold, and some that we cannot even pronounce.
All our protein powders are made with real fruits and nuts, handpicked from specialty farms and made available all year round using our spray dried technology.
Real hapus (alphonso) mangoes from Ratnagiri, fresh strawberries from mahabaleshwar, belgian cocoa powder and coffee beans from Karnataka; we go to extreme lengths to source the highest quality ingredients.
CLEAN LABEL
Pod Nutrition is a 100% clean label and transparent brand. Each pack has a QR code at the back, and when scanned, shows the lab reports from a third party FSSAI approved NABL-accredited lab. You will be able to view not just the nutritional data, but also heavy metals and microbes.
